Since 2022, ACAS SENELEC has placed its trust in us.
As a land and real estate developer, MSTAL has supported ACAS in the acquisition of 61 plots holding titles by deliberation, with leases obtained following transfer requests.
Today, the construction phase represents the next step in this partnership.
